Attendance!  Reminders: Select Head Chef, 2 Prep Cooks, Dishwasher/Recipe Manager. Names and groups on the board - written by Head Chefs. Note: Materials - you will need - hand mixer, spatula, large bowl, parchment paper, large cookie tray, rolling pin, cookie cutters (select max of 4 shapes - head chef to select from teacher station), small bowls and spoons (for mixing icing sugar) x 4.  We will be completing our cookie prep - e.g. prepping dough, rolling out and cutting out and placement on trays with parchment paper!  Prep of icing - MAX 4 colours pls.
