Laptops - Cart 1 - TTOC please send Jenn or Murdoch to obtain the laptop cart from the library. 

Hand laptops out. Student Tasks: To review of Assignments in Teams assigned to date. Assign 1-4 in Teams. 

Students - 30-40 min - Time for completion of ANY missed assignments. Even if you were not here for a lab or assignment you do still need to finish ALL assignments. 

Reminder: Note re: our Quizzes. No speaking or asking a friend for help during quizzes or tests.

Students who have not completed their Safety Procedures and Salmon quiz inside Teams are:

Above students - start by completing your online quiz in Teams. Do not ask for help from others (except for teacher) or work with others for this. Then move on to checking Assign 1-4 in Teams. 

Students - If you have completed Assign 1-4 on Teams then please complete a food safety word search - TTOC to hand out. Students, once you have completed your word search please hand it in with your name on it. TTOC to mark. Answer Key emailed.

Students - be prepped for the weather. We will meet for attendance in the foods room and then be headed outside with Ms. Moore for Tea Harvesting for our block on Friday. Ms. H will be back! :)

Attendance.  Today! Oct 5 2021 Review of kitchen safety and outer wear protocol.  1.  Tie hair back, no loose clothing, wear an apron.  2. Wash Hands!   3. Head Chef's only at the stove. Which we will not need today. 4. Ovens - will not use today! 5. No licking kitchen items!  EVER!!!!!  Recipe Apple Crisp Review -  Each group will have a paper copy. Picture of Finished Product Note: We will do final stage - baking - tomorrow :) Reminder: 20 Q Quiz tomorrow - Kitchen Safety, Protocols, Salmon Field Trip Questions.  Review of list of roles and responsibilities for each cooking group.  Group Roles  - Head Chef, Prep Cooks x 2, Recipe Manager/Dishwasher Head Chef  - Coordinates, Cooks, E.g. mixes all prepped ingredients & uses the stove, cleans all surfaces post cook, assists with putting dry dishes away.
